Environmental

Protecting the Environment.

Deeply rooted in Carefree Kitchens' organization are values through which we conduct our business with respect to the environment. We are committed to integrating sustainable practices within our daily business operations. The following is a detailed listing of our initiatives to this end.

California Air Resources Board Standards

To uphold our duty as citizens, Carefree Kitchens proudly backs the California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards. CARB standards set parameters that reduce greenhouse gases and limit public exposure to manmade formaldehyde, which contains chemical elements such as carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Since formaldehyde is found in familiar building materials such as fiberboard, which is often used in cabinets, and hardwood plywood, which is often used in furniture, Carefree Kitchens is faithful to apply CARB standards across all products sold and installed. For further information, please refer to the California Air Resources Board.

Environmentally Conscious Partnerships

Although adhering to protective standards is an initiative we take seriously, we at Carefree Kitchens recognize that further work can be done to establish ourselves as good stewards of our environment. As we form partnerships with companies in our field, we are mindful of their commitment to the environment and how they approach such commitments. To this end, the companies that we conduct business with, and the products that these companies sell are all part of various green initiatives that are fully committed to creating a safer and healthier environment for all.

Listed below are companies Carefree Kitchens partners with in our pledge to better our environment for future generations.
