What is the return policy?

Special order items are made to order and therefore, not returnable. Stocked items are returnable, as long as they are unused and in their original carton; this return is subject to a 15 % restocking fee. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Do you install?

We do not install ‘Residential’ kitchen cabinets. However, we can refer you to expert contractors/carpenters near you who are eager to handle your installation.

How do I design a Kitchen?

Designing a kitchen is easy, as we do the work for you. The process begins at one of our showrooms, where our design staff will work from your blueprints or room sketch to design a kitchen that meets your needs. If you do not have drawings, a designer can make an appointment to visit your home and take measurements for the purpose of creating a kitchen design. Estimates are provided without charge.

Do you accept Cash?

Yes, cash is accepted, although we encourage you to use check or credit as a safer alternative.

Do you deliver?

Yes. When your cabinets are built, they will be shipped to Carefree Kitchen’s warehouse, where they are kept until we deliver to your home or job site.

How do I order cabinets?

Prior to ordering cabinets, you should meet with your designer to review the cabinet plan in detail. If the plan meets with your approval, and you would like to order the cabinets, a 50% deposit will be received, a tentative delivery date will be established, and your cabinets will be ordered.

Does Carefree have showrooms?

Yes, one located in Baltimore.
